FAQ's


1. What is the return policy? 

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heybabebee@gmail.com and send your item to:

2. What are the shipping options?

The shipping options are USPS First Class, USPS First Class Package, and USPS Priority Mail.

3. When will I receive my order?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday.

Items are usually ready to ship in 24 hours.

All expedited orders require a street address.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses on certain items.

Shipping available to the 50 United States. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories.

Handling:

We ship items out as soon as possible but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time please contact us at heybabebee@gmail.com.

4. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Hey BabeBee does not ship internationally.

5.  What do I do if I never received my order or received a defective order?

Contact honeybee@heybbabebee.shop directly or complete the Contact Us form at the bottom of the Home page. 

6. How do I make changes to an order order I’ve already placed?

Changes will not be able to made after the order is processed. If you're trying to add an item, you will have to place a new order. If you need to have an item removed from your purchase, you will need to wait until you receive the order and mail it back in the same new condition for an exchange or refund.

8. How do I make sure I order the right size?

Sizes are noted under each product. All items run true to size.
